| Carbon Venture Company is developing new and patented technology
for Carbon Regeneration equipment. Once the technology is proven and
equipment designs are finalized, CVC intends to sell equipment and license
the technology. The technology offers lower capital and operating costs
than currently available equipment. Preliminary test results also indicate
significant advantages in energy efficiency and reduced carbon degradation.
Two carbon regeneration furnaces have been built and tested.

| We are interested in accelerating the test phase and starting production of a line of furnaces. The furnace design must now be proven in a processing environment over time. We seek qualified sites to house one or more prototype furnaces. Sites must be capable of obtaining air emissions permits for very low levels of PM10 particulates. |
